This issue will continue long after the Senate completes its actions today, and will affect Americans adversely no matter the outcome of that Hearing.
Sen. Diane Feinstein has launched an all-out “kitchen sink” attack in an effort to at least delay the near-inevitable confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh. A move opposed by Justice Ginsburgh. But what is the result?
To put this into perspective with clarity, the thinking that promotes the concept that policy change will improve relations with radical fanatical Islamic terrorists and nations promoting terror is akin to saying that since children are innocent suicide bombs won’t kill them. The statement, and mindset behind it, is both ludicrous and offensive at every level.
Never before have the votes of the citizens been more important and decisive. Never in my lifetime has the urban myth of an individual vote not counting been more of a lie.
While voters may or may not agree with these personal statements, and facts, they should be considered. Most of these tweets and issues will never be addressed by the major media – instead minor side issues will grab the headlines. That is a disservice to the public.

As the nation continues to react to the Orlando shooting, the Supreme Court and Congress are equally taking action over the 2nd Amendment and gun restriction. The question is how far does the 2nd Amendment go in protecting the constitutional Rights of Americans?
