80 guns with Red Flag, but is it totalitarian?

February 21, 2020 – NO Soundbites Allowed – When government trolls videos and then enacts judgement where no crime exists, does that make America safer or less free?

Red Flag laws are controversial. The Rome, NY action, based on a Facebook video, is even more reason for controversy. No crime, lots of feelings, with a result of property seized and constitutional Rights ignored.

Is this a benefit to the public? Or a means of control. Is this an overreach of government. Let’s discuss it.
