Michael Vass commentary on L.A. Boycott, the Mexican President, and Arizona immigration law

Here are some facts and conclusions based on recent events and threats about the Arizona Immigration Law (SB 1070). Sometimes it’s better to see and hear a thing than to read it.

Mexican President Calderon won’t admit this, but it’s obvious. The Obama Administration won’t explain their position, but they can’t seem to stop themselves from giving opinions. The Los Angeles City Council wants to bully an entire State, without the balls to stand by their convictions.

Given all these things, what seems more dangerous, more deceitful, more of a problem, Arizona and the 60% of Americans that agree with SB 1070 or the few that oppose it based on their political ideals without knowledge of what it states?

Arizona is not doing more than the federal government can do.
Arizona is doing what the federal government has not done.
Arizona is doing what every state in the Union of States agreed to do by joining the USA.
Article 4 Section 4 requires all states in the union to do what Arizona has decided to do — delegate powers to police authorizing enforcement of more laws, and help federal agencies with immigration enforcement.
This should’ve happened during WW2 68 years ago.

COTUS Article 6 attaches the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo to COTUS. ARTICLE XVI
“Each of the contracting parties reserves to itself the entire right to fortify whatever point within its territory it may judge proper so to fortify for its security.”

Every state of the Union, is empowered by COTUS Article 4 Section 4 to secure the Union and if need be, engage in war under COTUS Article 1 Section 10.
